And what more shall I say? Wow. "Your best life now"?! Where do these health and weath gospel preachers come up with this junk? It certainly isn't in the Bible! My goodness, what kind of hope for eternity is that? How does that theology stack up for the person who just had a massive stroke and will be forever dependent on others for his/care? Is that their best life now? We must use discernment. These preachers sprinkle in just enough truth to deceive people.
For the Christian, the best is yet to come, not in this life, but in eternity! That's why all these saints and people today are willing to die for their faith in Jesus Christ and refuse to deny Him. They know their best life is yet to come. God has provided something better for us. Let's persevere and look forward to our best life beyond the grave!
