Marsha's Musings: "It is Finished!" (Hebrews 10:19-22 NKJV)

Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. (Hebrews 10:19-22 NKJV)

I love these verses!!!!   Christ has made a way for us to come before God through His blood.  He is our Sacrifice, and our High Priest all rolled up into one.  It can't get any better than that.  

Again, Hebrews shows us there is no need for repititious ritual and earthly priests to have our sins cleansed and earn merit with God.  Christ has done it all once for all.  That is what He meant on the cross when he said, "It is finished!"
