Devotional: God Will Preserve His Word

The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. 7 Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. Psalm 12:1-7

There are many  groups out there that like to cast doubt on the Bible.  They say that there are parts missing or there are parts that have been changed, therefore it isn't completely trustworthy.  Since this is so, they say, we need to join their church or group so they can tell us what really should be there. We don't have to listen to these people.
Satan has placed them in our way to cast doubt in our minds about God's sovereignty over His own Word.

These verses in Psalms are only part of the  Scriptures that tell us God's Word is preserved by Him.  His is faithful and we can trust Him and His Word.
