Essential Oils: Plant Therapy Top 6 Synergies Set

I recently ordered this set Plant Therapy Top 6 Synergies Set.  I have not been disappointed with it. Here is what is included:

Relax

Rapid Relief
Worry Free

So far I have used Relax, Rapid Relief, Worry Free, and Energy.

Relax
I used Relax on my trip with Sarah back to North Carolina.  I put a couple drops on my Beanie Baby hedgie hog and set it by my pillow at night.  It's helpful for settling your mind down into a relaxing state and was particularly useful after long days of driving in the car.  We were on the road for 8 days.

Energy
Energy is one I like to use to just give me a little pep during the day.  I use it in an inhaler because it is convinent to keep with me and not have to carry around a bottle of liquid.


Worry Free
My husband was having some difficulty with anxiety attacks right after I got this set in the mail.  I put Worry Free in one of the inhalers for him.  He really likes it and keeps it with him all the time.  He says if he inhales the scent as soon as he feels an attack of anxiety coming on, he can usually get it to go away.  That a win!

Rapid Relief
Rapid Relief has been a huge blessing for my husband.  He was having some pretty nasty back pain and the chiropractor wasn't making much headway with it.  When I got this set in the mail I immediately got a large roller ball bottle and mixed up some 10% dilution in fractionated coconut oil for him.  We started applying it three times a day.  Then as he started feeling better two times a day and lately, one time a day if needed.  He has skipped a day recently because he hasn't been hurting.

I'm looking forward to using the other oils in this set soon.  I just need to decide how I want to use them.
