Great Gluten Free Breakfast Idea

Want a great breakfast idea?  Put the water and oatmeal together the night before and cover with a lid.  Let it soak over night.  In the morning all you have to do is turn on the burner under the pot and let it come to a boil.  Cook for 5 minutes and you have hot oatmeal without the 15 to  20 minute cook time.  Add in cinnamon and brown sugar or anything that sounds good to you.  You get 4 32oz packages of oatmeal for the price listed and it is much cheaper and filling than the boxed gluten free cereals that you can buy.
