Liberty Counsel Mathew Staver, Founder and Chairman   2/1/2013   Marsha,    News Flash: Participating in ObamaCare will cost the average American family at least $20,000 per year!    The IRS (which is charged with enforcing the onerous penalties and fines of the President's healthcare "reform" law) has finally released a cost analysis based on ObamaCare regulations showing that the cheapest healthcare plan in 2016 will cost average American families of four or five members $20,000 per year for the so-called "bronze plan."    CNSNews.com is reporting…   "The annual national average bronze plan premium for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) is $20,000," the IRS statement says.    "Under Obamacare, Americans will be required to buy health insurance or pay a penalty to the IRS."   So, your choice is to buy the bronze plan (or another more expensive plan) – or pay the IRS a penalty for being uninsured.    ++But wait, there's more…   Under the IRS enforcement of the ObamaCare regulations, an uninsured child or dependent spouse will also trigger an IRS fine.    CNSNews.com: "A parent will be held liable for ObamaCare's individual mandate penalty if they don't have insurance coverage for their children."    ObamaCare's official name, the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act," is quickly becoming the punch line of a pathetic federal joke at the expense of the American people!     ++Sadly, this is just the beginning of the ObamaCare plague.    The outbreak of ObamaCare regulations has only just begun.  As we have warned would happen continually for four years now, American citizens are shocked by what is finally becoming clear to them…    According to a recent Gallup report, many employers just aren't hiring, and sixty-one percent of America's small business owners cite "the potential cost of healthcare" as a major influence on their hiring decisions.     Many unions, once champions in pushing for ObamaCare, are now having second thoughts about the impact on their members and the shrinking benefit packages employers can afford.    Shortages of doctors are predicted to become the norm, as will lengthy waits for treatment.  Small medical practices will likely be forced to consolidate to stay in business.     Seniors stand to be hurt most by ObamaCare's new "Medicaid parity rule."    ObamaCare is a massive law that is nearly impossible to understand by accountants and tax professionals when considering the initial 2,700 page bill and the 13,000 pages of additional requirements and amplifications that have been issued (so far).    ++ObamaCare and the IRS/HHS mandates are unconstitutional and must not stand!    Marsha, according to recent polls, over half of the nation believes ObamaCare should be repealed, overturned, and/or  replaced.    As I'm sure you know, Liberty Counsel has the most comprehensive lawsuit in the nation to rid the country of the scourge of ObamaCare.     Right now, we are in intense preparation for our upcoming appearance before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia, and have a good chance of getting the President's healthcare "reform" law declared unconstitutional.   That's especially true considering that tens of thousands of our friends and supporters are regularly praying for the Lord's favor on Liberty Counsel's efforts.      ObamaCare is a gross offense against our constitutional liberties and it must be struck down!   Marsha, please take a minute right now and let my legal team and me know that you stand with us in our efforts to pull the plug on ObamaCare with a special gift to help us in this extensive legal undertaking.    Click here now to make a special gift to help in our many litigation efforts:    http://www.libertyaction.org/7082/offer.asp   As I've mentioned in prior messages, this has probably been the most intense January in the 24 year history of Liberty Counsel.     ++The new California "change therapy" law is a total disaster!   In addition to battling against ObamaCare, we just received the State of California's response to our brief challenging their state's outrageous "change therapy" law.     Personally, I can't understand how this overreaching and politically-inspired law is defensible – but unless we defeat California's attorneys at the federal Court of Appeals, it will become the law of that state.   Under the new law, SB1172, Christian counselors are by force of law prohibited from counseling against the homosexual lifestyle – even if the client sought help to break free!    We are engaged in a landmark battle to have this law overturned.      Marsha, please let me encourage you to make a special gift to help cover the cost of Liberty Counsel's extensive litigation work in which we are engaged.    What I've shared with you today is just a small portion of the legal work that we performed in January 2013.
