MakuaMon=Time Management Help that I Need

The last couple of days have been productive.  Locking my self out of my internet and email for most of the day is working out nicely. I wish I had done this a long time ago.

MakuaMon is a computer program that has helped me out with this.  I had a month’s free trial of it and liked it because I can use it on up to 5 computers, so it works nicely to limit the kids time as well.  When my free month was up I paid $30 dollars for a perpetual license.

It is helping me to use my time more wisely.  Scripture says we are to redeem the time because the days are evil.  It also says, Teach us to number our days that we may have a heart of wisdom.   It is easy to forget the time when using the computer.  Some times we need a little extra help remember the time.

Yes, I do get annoyed when I am in the middle of looking at something on the internet and suddenly my program throws up a pink full screen warning and shuts down the internet.  Or, I sit down to use it without thinking about the time and find that the program is locked.  But I am learning, if the purpose I was sitting down to use it was worthwhile or necessary, I can write it down in my planner so I can remember to do it when my program is unlocked the next time.  It teaches time managementsomething I have trouble with.
