My home school fears are unfounded

Last night I got out the minimum highschool graduation requirements for our state and compared them to what S has done so far through grade 11.  I found that she easily meets the requirements for highschool graduation. This helps me to breath a little easier.  The fears I wrote about in my last post are unfounded.

Yes, there are homeschool kids who shine far brighter than my kids do, but that doesn't mean I have failed in my mission to homeschool my kids.

I do see weak areas that we need to hone in on a little more to prepare them for independence, but accedemically, we are getting the bases covered.
