Gluten Free: Apple Walnut Cake

2 Cups raw apple cut into small cubes
2 eggs
1/2 Cup raw sugar
1/3 Cup oil
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 Cups rice flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
1/4 tsp baking powder

Method :
Preheat oven to 175C (350F).
Grease 20cm (8") cake tin.
Lightly beat eggs.
Combine apple, eggs, sugar, oil, walnuts and vanilla.
Sift flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
Add flour mixture to apple mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into prepared tin.
Bake for approximately 60 minutes.
