Ah, Frugal Friday Tips....never shop on an empty stomach and if possible don't take family members shopping with you because you'll end up coming home with more than what you had on your list!

I have to take at least one family member with me when I shop because I can't lift the two pack of milk at Costco and other heavy items I buy due to my tendonitis. So this principle of coming home with more than what you plan on is shared because I know by experience! Also, never send a family member to do the shopping because they will also come home with more than what you planned to buy.
