A couple of piles are starting to take shape as Sarah stacks up things she would like to take to NC. It's hard for her to decide what should go and what should stay as space is a premium in her Honda Element. It's also contingent on whether she gets a furnished or unfurnished apartment to rent. She is currently waiting on the verdict about a condo that is for rent. Her application has been submitted. Please pray for her to find good affordable housing.
She was able to converse with her future coworker for about an hour last night on the phone and learned some more details about the area she is moving to.
It is a golf resort town and the downtown area is dedicated to the tourist who comes for a short stay during golf season. There are quite a few quaint little coffee shops that are scattered around town. One is in what used to be the old post office. It's called The Roast Office Coffee Shop. I like the name pun.
I'm trying to juggle getting ready for Christmas at the same time I'm trying to plan for this trip and Sarah's birthday in North Carolina.
