Friday, Jan 5, it is Sarah's 25th birthday! So hard to believe she is 25 already! Where does the time go?
She is feeling much better after her bout with the intestinal bug the last couple of days. Today we went out and ran a bunch of errands. She got her P.O. Box. We drove to her work to see what the drive was like and where it was. We went to Walmart and bought a whole boat load of supplies for her apartment. We split the list in half and each went our separate ways to pick the stuff up. That took forever. She was so worn out after that she went out to wait in the car while I stood in line with the stuff I gathered.
Walmart was a madhouse. I asked the clerk if they were always this busy. She replied, "Only when there is a tragedy." I thought to myself, "What tragedy? Has there been a national disaster?" So I asked her what tragedy happened. She said, "Oh all the snow that is lying around out there." I told Sarah in the car and we both got a good laugh out of that.
We went back to her apartment and rested for a bit, she filled out paperwork and I drove her back to the Post Office to finish off getting the P.O. Box and then we ran to LIttle Ceasars to pick up a pizza for her friend that came to spend the night with us. He got here around 9:30pm, so we didn't get to bed until around 11pm.
