I am so excited! I can now make my own Turmeric capsules for a fraction of the price I have been paying for Curcumin!
I have been taking Curcumin for several years and the price keeps going up on it. So I learned that Curcumin is in Turmeric and if you add a little pepper to the Turmeric it makes the Curcumin work better.
I didn't buy any Curcumin a month ago because I had planned to get these supplies, but something went wrong with my order and I have been without my Curcumin for the month. I really noticed a difference and was having a lot of pain I don't normally have. So I am really happy that my correct supplies arrived yesterday.
It is so easy to make 24 capsules all at once. I'm so glad to be back on my "Curcumin" aka Turmeric. I have noticed some difference already but am sure after it being out of my system for almost a month, I will have to build it back up to realize the full benefit of the pain relief it offers.
