God's Goodness; Our Courage and Hope

KJV: Psalms 31:1. In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness. 19 Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!   God is good all the time to those that fear Him. Even when the chips are down and it seems He has hidden His face from us, He is good.  We may not see it in our circumstances, but He is working His plan in the storms of life and when we come out of the fire He will have made us more fit for heaven than when we went in.  He has laid up goodness upon goodness for us in heaven. Yes, God is good all the time.   24 Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD. It is easy to become discouraged when we are in the storms of life.  But we have a hope in the Lord that is far more than an "I hope so" hope.  It is a sure steadfast hope of an anchor.  It's an "I know so" hope.  We have good reason to be of good courage.  We have a hope beyond the grave in God's goodness.  He will strengthen our hearts to persevere.
