In Tri Cities

April 6, 2010
I'm sitting here in the lunch room of the Home and Community Services Office in Kennewick, WA. I've been debating about whether or not to get in the car and go down to Starbucks where I can have internet service for a couple of hours while I wait for my husband's meeting to finish, but I just don't feel like going anywhere. So, I'm going to just write this post up and send it to blogger later when I get home.
It's been a productive day. I've gotten my bugeting caught up. That usually takes about an hour or more. I've writtn a letter and done my Bible reading. We just got done having lunch with my husband's co-workers and now they have all gone back to their jobs or meetings and the lunch room is very quiet now, finally. It doesn't seem to stay that way for every long though. So now I think I will spend some time writing, and reading until I get interrupted again.
I'm reading Standing Room Only by Philip De Courcy and have been requested by a couple of friends to write a review. Being nearly done with the book, I may attempt to start that review.
I have two letters here from our Compassion Child that I need to write and send and I need to make up a packing list for our vacation next week. I thought I'd work on writing some more devotionals too. So many things to do but so little time.
It's probably good that I don't have internet access here. I'll get more done this way.
