James 1:2-3I had to smile at the part that says "trials of many kinds". That is where I'm at right now...many kinds of trials. My neck, my arm, my rib, my tummy...you name it it hurts or it's causing me trouble. I've been in PT for my neck. Just started it for my arm. The rib thing isn't fixable except for time to heal and the tummy business, well that is temporary too....this too shall pass...
“[Trials and Temptations] Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.”
But I have to keep perspective in it all. It's all really temporary in the whole scheme of things. It's just a blip on the radar screen of life. I have a whole eternity ahead of me and then I won't deal with any of this stuff because I'll have new perfectly healthy body. God will wipe away all tears from my eyes then. Now that is something to look forward too!
