Marsha's Musings

Yesterday I spent the whole day with the kids while they took First Aid/CPR classes.  It was a long day, but I think they learned some very valuable information.  The instructor said she thinks it is a shame that the kids in public school are not required to have First Aid/CPR before they graduate and that new moms and dads are not required to have a crash course in baby First Aid/CPR before they leave the hospital with their newborns.  What do you think?

I think this is a very useful thing to learn, and I would like our son to take a First Aid/CPR class before graduating. A couple of times he has choked pretty bad, and although we didn't need to do anything, it could have easily been worse.
