Marsha's Musings: Quick Results

We just started turning our heat off at night, air-drying our towels, and keeping the hot tub on energy saver during the week and only up on the week ends.  We were hoping to save a little but of money by taking these measures, so when I opened the mail on Saturday I was stunned to find a $141.50 refund from the power company and a note saying that it was unused money in our account.  We are on the budget plan.

Of course this has to be for the past 12 months and certainly doesn't reflect the last two weeks!  But I thought it was a great encouragement.  If we were able to reduce our power usage without even trying....think what we might be able to do taking the extra measures that we are now!?  Thank you Lord!
