Yep, we seem to have an infestation of computer worms lately. I'll be sitting here typing away at the computer and suddenly have this feeling I am not alone. Sure enough, there it is....a computer worm crawling across the top of the computer! I catch it and throw it away. A few minutes later, here's another one making its way up the speaker. ACK! I catch it and throw it away. Then another one headed across the table. I catch it and get rid of it. The kids tell me about the computer worms that have kept them company too!
I hate them because I know they will turn into moths that will infest my food cupboards! Or is it the other way around? Did the moths already infest my food and then laid eggs that hatched into worms? Which gets here first??? All I know they drive me crazy. I have tried double packing my stuff in zip lock bags but they eat through the bag. I have tried peppermint tea bags scattered around my cupboards. I've scattered bay leaves all around my cupboards and I have a killer bug light in my kitchen to get the moths at night when they fly around. I have cleaned out my cupboards on numerous occasions and thrown away food they have ruined. How do you combat these bugs??? We never had them in Mt. Vernon, WA. I've never lived in a place that is more buggy than this. Thanks, Adam and Eve for this curse! I'm sure it came along with the weeds.
