Recipe: Mango/Pinapple/Orange Smoothie


6-7 large chunks of fresh pineapple
1 mango
8 oz cold water
4 oz plain yogurt
Sweetener of your choice
8 Tablespoons Buried Treasure Liquid Vitamins (Optional)
1 orange in place of Vitamins if not using the Vitamins
5 or 6 Ice cubes

Blend until ice cubes are well blended in and serve.
Serves 4 6 to 8 oz servings depending on how much fruit, water and yogurt you put in. The ingredients can be adjusted in various ways without compromising the taste.
