Gluten Free: Week 2 Menu

I had planned to post Week 1 Menus, but apparently I deleted Week 1 Menus. So I will post Week 2 now and I'll type up Week 1 later.
Week 2 Menus

Day 1:
Lunch: Salmon Fillet; gingered carrots; mandarin slice or Clementines;
bread, butter, jelly, honey etc.
Dinner: Costco Chicken; mashed potatoes; peas or frozen veggies;
applesauce.

Day 2:
Lunch: Fried Rice (use chicken from day before); yogurt
Dinner: Leftovers from lunch


Day 3:
Lunch: Ham, potato chunks, green beans in crock pot; Jell-O, clementines
Dinner: Sunday milkshakes


Day 4:
Lunch: Ham & Cheese Tarts (substitute bacon if not enough ham) ; Tossed
Salad;
Dinner: Tacos, corn & wheat shells; cheese; salsa; lettuce; olives; sour
cream; corn chips; Nachos


Day 5:
Lunch: Dijon Orange Pork Chops; mandarin oranges or clementines;
steamed broccoli
Dinner: Chicken with Mushroom Sauce; Rice; Apple, pineapple salad


Day 6:
Lunch: Taco soup in crock pot—use left over taco meat; corn chips; sour
cream; olives
Dinner: Leftover Taco soup


Day 7:
Lunch: Pasta with Chicken & Veggies; Yogurt; cooked apple
Dinner: Twice Baked Potatoes; fruit salad
