On Amazon.com Kindle Store, in 24 hours the price should be reduced to $1.00.
On Lulu.com the price will be reduced to $1.79 for the PDF file download.
I wish I could price them both at $1.00, but Lulu won't let me price that low and I needed to set a price where I would make some profit.
I will post a link to each one once the prices are live.
